Old Spice is an American brand of male personal care products, which was acquired by Procter & Gamble in 1990 from the Shulton Company.
In 1934, William Lightfoot founded the The Shulton Company and created the first Old Spice product for women. It was not until 1938 that Old Spice for men was created and produced. Today, Old Spice is marketed solely towards men and has three lines of grooming products.
